We will start our itinerary by picking up the participants from the airport or bus terminal and then we will go to the port captaincy, where we will board a motorized boat to navigate the Madre de Dios River. Upon arrival at our lodge, we will settle in comfortably and take a walk along the trails of the lodge, accompanied by our guide, who will provide us with information about the local flora and fauna. Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch. We will continue our adventure by boarding the boat to the monkey island, where we will have the opportunity to observe various species of primates. We will have breakfast at the Lodge and then we will go by boat to the shores of the Sandoval Lake port to enter the Tambopata Reserve. After a walk of approximately one hour, we will arrive at the lake where we will board a paddle canoe to enjoy a ride on its waters. For lunch, we will stop at a restaurant located on Lake Sandoval, and after lunch, those who wish can take a carefree swim in the lake. Back at the lodge, we will have dinner and then venture out on a night walk to observe the wildlife that emerges during the night. We will end the day by returning to the lodge for the night.
Dia 3: CANOPY - KAYAK - FISHING - LODGE
We will start the day with breakfast at the lodge and then we will launch a kayak from there, paddling down the Madre de Dios River until we reach the adventure activity center. Once there, we will climb a 20-meter high tower to view the lush jungle from above. After this exciting experience, we will return to the lodge to enjoy a comforting lunch. After a short rest, we will venture into a fishing session in a small river, where we will have the opportunity to catch piranhas and other species of Amazonian fish. At the end, we will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Dia 4: LODGE - PUERTO MALDONADO - AIRPORT
Early in the morning, at 5:00 am, we will head to the parrot clay lick, a place where we will be able to witness a great variety of parrot species gathered on the wall to feed on clay. After this unique experience, we will return to the lodge to enjoy a well-deserved breakfast. We will then embark on a walk through our farm to learn about the Amazonian fruits that grow in the region. Upon returning to the lodge, a delicious lunch awaits us.
