You will sail down the Tambopata River, where you will enjoy a beautiful sunset with a panoramic view of the jungle, bathed in warm and vibrant tones.

Once the sun has set, you will be amazed to discover how the jungle comes alive in the darkness of the night.   • We will begin our exciting night excursion in search of Caiman and Capybaras with a 3:00 p.m. pick up from the hotel.
  • We will embark on a fascinating boat ride down the Tambopata River, where we will be able to enjoy the breathtaking sunset views over the jungle.
  • We will venture out in search of white caimans and capybaras along the riverbanks, using powerful flashlights to illuminate our way. We will continue exploring in the dark, surrounded by the countless sounds of the jungle, in search of herons, caimans and other species. With a 90% chance of spotting the capybara, the world’s largest rodent.
  • After this exciting night excursion with Machupicchu Journey, we will return to the city.
