Itinerario
Choqolaqa Stone Forest Excursion
Day 1
We will begin our excursion by picking you up at your hotel around 3:00 am. We will pass through the charming villages of Imata, Condoroma and Challuta before reaching Tisoc, which will bring us even closer to our destination, the Choqolaqa Stone Forest. The estimated duration of this trip is approximately 7 hours.
We will continue our tour until we reach the point where our transportation will leave us, from here we will start our hike, remember that for the hike you must have good physical condition because our walk involves ascent. After about an hour and a half we will arrive at our destination, the Bosque de Piedras, a group of rock formations of natural origin.
When you arrive at the stone forest, we will give you a certain amount of time to explore the place and take impressive pictures.
After exploring the site, it will take us about an hour to return to the starting point. When we arrive at the site, our transportation will be waiting to take us back to Arequipa.
